You can't keep things like that a secret with so many people knowing it. I heard others from different towns already know they got picked also..So it is not only Coeburn..

No I don't but it came from someone that was at the sports banquet last night at Coeburn and it was not the Lights or the Coaches. As far as Powell Valley I am sure they did..I know only those two things because they announced it at the banquet I was told.

Va. High was able to play alot of those teams because they only had 6 district games, LPD had 14 district games. You can only play 20 regular season games. For Gate City we play in the Eastman Tourney, which is 3-4 games and sched. DB 2 games.
That is our regular season.
In 2005 we had some rain outs (Eastman and DB) which couldn't be made up. Va High also had a rain out that is how we ended up playing. Gate City also picked up Tazewell Va. late in the year.

I read that Hannah Light got Pitcher of the Year under gobigblue. she must know something all of us don't..From what I hear here in Coeburn, it is true and also the coaches from Coeburn got Coaches of the Year.. </div></div>
I guess her coach told her, even though she was not suppose to tell anyone right now. That happens al the time though.

Gate City plays Haysi at 3:00
Winner of Castlewood and PV plays Honaker at 4:30
Championship game is tommorrow
